1. These terms

These terms are the rules for using FIAFIA: the website, its games, and its sign-in and records features. By using FIAFIA you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FIAFIA.

2. Who runs FIAFIA

FIAFIA is run by BOOIL JUNG ("the operator", "we", "us"). Contact us through the Contact page.

3. Who can use FIAFIA

• You must be 13 or older (14 or older on devices set to Korea time). When you first open FIAFIA we ask for your month and year of birth. Please answer honestly.
• FIAFIA is not available in the Republic of Korea.
• If you are not yet an adult where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Free, with ads

FIAFIA is free. There is nothing to buy. Ads pay for it. There are no ads while you play: a full-screen ad may appear when you first start a game and when you go back to the game list, and small banners may appear on menus and lists. Ads come from Google and its partners. Products in ads are offered by the advertisers, not by us.

5. Accounts and signing in

You can play every game without an account. Signing in is optional and keeps your high scores and progress on all your devices.

• Sign-in providers: you can sign in with an account you already have at another company (such as Google). That company's own terms and privacy policy apply to your account there.
• Personal code: instead, we can give you a personal code. Keeping it safe is up to you. Anyone with your code can use your records, and we can't recover a lost code. If you think someone else has it, open ACCOUNT and choose MAKE A NEW CODE: the old code stops working and the devices that signed in with it are signed out.
• Deleting: you can delete your account at any time (ACCOUNT → DELETE MY ACCOUNT). This deletes the account, its saved records, its scores and the play statistics linked to it. You can also delete just your play records (ACCOUNT → DELETE MY PLAY DATA).

6. Leaderboards

• Games show the best scores of the day, week, month, year and all time. Boards show scores only, never names.
• Scores come from your browser, so we check them when they arrive. To keep the boards fair, a score may be held back, hidden or removed, for example if it looks impossible or breaks section 7. We may also reset a board that was damaged.
• If you turn play statistics off, your scores are not sent, so they don't appear on the boards. Your own best on your device still shows.
• After 13 months we remove the link between a score and your browser or account. The score and its date stay on the board.

7. Fair play

Please don't:

• cheat: change scores or saves, or send made-up results to our server;
• use bots, scripts or any other automated play;
• attack FIAFIA: overload it, break into it, or get around its protections (such as the age check, access limits or region block);
• scrape or bulk-copy the site, its games or its records;
• reverse engineer or change our code to harm FIAFIA or to copy the games, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with other players, or with ads: no fake ad views or clicks, and no asking others to click ads;
• put our games on other sites or inside other pages, or pretend to be FIAFIA;
• send spam, threats or abusive messages through the Contact page or to our addresses;
• use FIAFIA to break the law.

8. Our content

The games, art, music, sound, code, names and look of FIAFIA belong to the operator and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a free, non-exclusive license to play the games on FIAFIA for your own personal, non-commercial fun. This license ends when you stop using FIAFIA or if we end your access under section 11. You may share screenshots and short recordings of your own play, as long as you don't claim the games as your own. Anything else (copying, selling, renting or hosting the games elsewhere) needs our written permission.

9. Availability and changes

• FIAFIA is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running well, but it may sometimes be slow, unavailable or have bugs.
• We may change, pause or end any game, any feature (such as sign-in or leaderboards) or the whole service, for example to fix problems, improve games or follow the law. If we plan to close FIAFIA, we will try to announce it on the game list in advance.
• Game saves are stored in your browser and can be lost if your browser clears site data. Signing in keeps a copy on our server.

10. Responsibility

• As far as the law allows, we make no promises about FIAFIA beyond those in these terms. We don't promise that it is free of errors or that saved progress, scores or records will never be lost.
• As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for indirect loss, or for loss of saved progress, scores or records.
• Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
• Your consumer rights: if you live in a country with consumer protection laws (for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom), you have legal rights that these terms cannot take away. Nothing in these terms affects them. If a part of these terms is not allowed where you live, that part does not apply to you, and the rest still does.

11. Ending access

You can stop using FIAFIA at any time, and delete your account as described in section 5. We may limit or end your access to sign-in, leaderboards or the whole service if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect FIAFIA or other players, or if the law requires it. If you think we made a mistake, write to us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will change the date at the top, and show important changes on the game list before they take effect. If you keep using FIAFIA after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using FIAFIA and delete your account.

13. Privacy

Read the Privacy Policy to see what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to turn it off or delete it.
